Cami Schupp
Concentrating in family law, civil litigation, estate planning, estate administration, small business matters, and cases involving Spanish-speaking clients.
Cami Schupp began working with Syd Alexander and Steve Miller in 2003 and became a partner in 2010. She handles estate planning and administration, civil litigation, family law, small business matters, and cases involving Spanish-speaking clients since she is a fluent Spanish-speaker.
Cami earned her law degree from North Carolina Central University in 2003 and served on the North Carolina Central University Law Journal while there. Cami earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Political Science from Clemson University in 1997.
Cami is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and currently serves as past president on the board of the Orange County Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in the Middle District of the North Carolina Federal Court as well as in all state courts in North Carolina.
Cami and her husband, Al, both attended high school in South Carolina and they met as students at Clemson University. They moved to Orange County together in 1998 when Al began working at the Duke Clinical Research Institute. They enjoy both international travel and visiting the mountains and coastal areas of North Carolina and return often to South Carolina to visit family and friends. Cami and Al live in rural Orange County and have enjoyed calling this area home for so many years.

Service & Community
Habitat for Humanity
Cami has served Habitat since 2015 and is currently on the Board of Directors, serving on the Executive Committee and Board Government Committee. She will become the Board Chair in July of 2021. She looks forward to her ongoing service with the organization as they work toward the goal that everyone in Orange County has a decent place to live.
New River Conservancy
Cami is also a supporter of the New River Conservancy, an organization dedicated to protecting and preserving the beautiful New River, it’s streams and surrounding woodlands which begin in the mountains of North Carolina.
Attorney Exchange Program
Cami is proud to have served as a delegate to the Attorney Exchange Program through the North Carolina Bar Association.
