Steve Miller has announced that he will retire at the end of 2019.

Steve raised his two sons in Chapel Hill and has always taken seriously his role in the community. He served as a member of the Ephesus Elementary School’s Governance Council and was on the Board of Directors of the Freedom House Recovery Center for many years. He created and served on the Board of Directors of the Carolina Charges, the local AAU baseball club. Steve also, along with Syd Alexander, helped form the Strowd Roses Foundation in 2001, which continues to fund non-profits in Chapel Hill in the good work that they do. Steve currently serves on the Board of Directors at Carolina Meadows and on the Board of Directors of Eyes, Ears, Nose and Paws, a medical alert and assistance dog training and placement organization.

Steve has worked with Syd Alexander since 1984 and has focused on trusts and estates, business representation, non-profit and tax exempt organizations, and residential and commercial real estate.

Steve looks forward to enjoying time with his family as well as visiting the golf course and tending his garden.
